Support in Safeguarding.
Halloran Morrissey Group provides professional learning, investigation and advisory services for organisations with children and vulnerable people in their care.

We work with experience, integrity and respect to safeguard the rights of all.
Whether you require individual services or an annual retainer, we provide trusted support.
Our professional supervision and coaching services support those leading and working with children and young people by ensuring their practice is contemporary, safe, and aligned with the organisation’s policies and procedures.
These services positively impact child safety and wellbeing and are designed to improve an organisation’s safeguarding leadership and culture.
Professional Supervision for Nominated Child Safety or Safeguarding Leaders
Professional supervision and coaching services support staff in managing complex child safeguarding matters. This process allows professionals to reflect on and examine their practices, decisions and emotions in a supported and reflective setting.
Remedial Professional Boundaries Coaching
We provide necessary support for staff who may have crossed professional boundaries or made poor choices in their interactions with children, young people or their colleagues.
We do this through one-on-one remedial sessions designed to develop the staff member’s insight into their conduct so that they can adjust their behaviours to prevent similar conduct from happening in the future.
These remedial sessions assist people to recognise complex feelings or emotions that can arise. Staff members have the opportunity to discuss and discover new ways to manage their personal responses in a professional setting.
Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching enhances the potential for leaders and their teams to create and maintain a child-safe workplace culture. Leaders can then set clear expectations of the standards, practices and outcomes expected of themselves and their team members.
Our coaches guide organisations to raise knowledge, skills and awareness by embedding child safety in their daily practices.
