This two-day skills course that will provide an overview of the employer’s obligations and the essential steps required when conducting a workplace investigation involving child safety. The course will examine the investigation process and enhance participants’ skills in managing the complex and sensitive work involved in such workplace investigation. The course will then progress to conducting investigative interviews with children and young people and conducting interviews with employees who are the subject of allegations.
